Cancellation And Refund
The request for cancellation of the order should be made within 24 hours of placing the order via email to email@example.com with your Email ID and Phone number used during registration or by calling us on +91-99402 49720.
A request for refund will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on +91-99402 49720 within 15 days from delivery.
We request you not to accept any product package that seems to be tampered with, opened or damaged at the time of delivery. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as delivered by the Company. Any product(s) returned showing signs of any use or damage in any manner shall not be accepted for return.
For the return of product(s) damaged at the time of delivery, the shipping charges shall be borne by the Company. However, for return any of the product(s) for any other reasons, it shall be the responsibility of the User to arrange for the return of such canceled product(s) and the shipping charges shall be borne by such User.
Refunds shall be made to your bank account within 10 working days of receipt of product(s).
No refund will be provided after 15 days from delivery.
