This FAQs will answer the following questions:
What to do if I forget my password?
If you forget your TeenEinstein password, you can reset it easily. Go to TeenEinstein, and click Forgot password? at the bottom. Enter your registered email id and TeenEinstein will e-mail your login credentials.

What are the technical requirements for TeenEinstein?
All you need to get started is a computer or tablet with a connection to the Internet.
Computer requirements
Windows or Mac OS
An up-to-date version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or Internet Explorer (10 or 11) 512 MB of installed RAM (at the minimum)
Resolution of 1024X768 with 32-bit color depth
Some printable resources require a PDF viewer, which is most likely installed on your computer. If not, no problem. You can download Adobe Reader for free.
An Internet connection speed of at least 128Kbps is recommended. If you want to connect via a proxy device, it must obey the HTTP/1.1. protocol, including all caching and anti-caching directives.

What should I do if I forget my username?
If you forget your username, it’s no problem. You can easily recover it from TeenEinstein, and click Forgot password? at the bottom. Enter your registered email id and TeenEinstein will e-mail your login details.

How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your password, click on the Account Profile. Then, click Change password. Enter your current password and the new password. Click Save when finished.

How do I get an account for the Android app?
To get an account for the Android, go to TeenEinstein, and sign up for a member. Your TeenEinstein username and password are what you use to sign in to the app and start practicing

Why can't I sign in?
If you are facing concern in signing, it may be related to your username or password. First, double-check that you are using the correct sign-in information.
To look up your username, go to TeenEinstein, and click Forgot password? at the bottom. Enter your registered email and TeenEinstein will e-mail your login details. Still having trouble signing in? Write us to feedback@teeneinstein.com, technical support team will be happy to assist your needs

How do I contact technical support?

How can I find a skill to practice?
TeenEinstein has numerous questions for you to practice in particular grade, and there are many ways to find them.
Daily worksheets have 30 questions in each topic for each grade on daily basis.
Concept Evaluation enables you to practice based on the concept in each topic.
Remember to sign in before practicing, so your progress can be saved!

Can my children practice any class level?
Yes, children have access to all TeenEinstein class levels (from 6th to 12th grade). Your child can access any Grade 6th to 12th by changing the Grade level in the Account Profile, child details and saving the changed Grade level.

Where can I find learning videos?
Once signing, in home page, you can find Learn button. There you can find the Video, Application, Animation, Webinars on the basis of topics.

How can I get my Progress?
TeenEinstein provides, to get your progress in different ways in Dashboard. (At the right corner of home page)
Reports: Provides your progress in archive folder. You can able to download in Pdf format.
Graph: Provides different types of graphs to show your progress:
- Topic wise
- Wrong answers Topic wise
- Pending Question Topic wise
- Current standing
- Current standing – Topic wise
- Average time taken for each topic
- Topic wise - focus area
Trend: Show all your progress in a single graph.

How do I earn scores and rewards?
Once completed your quiz, the score page displays correct answers, wrong answers, skipped questions. Based on your score you will get rewards.

How do I add another child in a parent account?
We suggest all children to be added initially during account creation. If you decide to add children later, we are working on it, will be implemented asap.

How you are showing difference between Quiz and Practice?
In quiz page, you can take test and view your scores and get your rewards.
In practice page, you can practice more questions for each grade.

Can I use TeenEinstein on an iPad?
Yes, TeenEinstein offers an iPad app for children to practice skills and earn awards! There’s even a scratchpad to work out problems right on the screen—no paper needed. Download the app to get started!
If you have an existing TEENEINSTEIN account, just sign in to your account from the app and begin practicing on your iPad.
Without an account, you can practice 10 questions a day for free on the app. If you’d like to practice numerous questions to maths, subscribe at TeenEinstein and become a member at TeenEinstein. Then, use your TEENEINSTEIN username and password to sign in to the app from your iPad and start practicing!
You can also visit TeenEinstein in your iPad’s browser to practice maths and it works much like it does on your computer.
Is there a TeenEinstein Android app?
Yes! TeenEinstein offers an Android app for students to practice maths. The app is available for Android tablets with 7-inch (or larger) screens and requires a recent version of Android (4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich or higher).
Download the app from the Google Play Store to get started!

I submitted a request to reset my password, but I didn’t not receive an email with instruction or login details, what should I do?
Check your junk and spam folders for a message from noreply@teeneinstein.com and move the email from spam/junk folder to Inbox and click on activation link.

Why does the video keep pausing?
You're probably experiencing some problems with your network connection. You can view videos over 3G, 4G, or Wi-Fi connections; we recommend Wi-Fi.

Where are the exercise files located and how do I download them?
If you are the subscriber the files are available in daily worksheet tab in home page for all the grades. You can download the worksheet in pdf format for offline practice. No problem if you are not a member. We are providing the same in our main page under the Daily Worksheet tab.

I am not receiving confirmation mail for activate the TeenEinstein account, what should I do?
Check your spam and junk folders for a mail from noreply@teeneinstein.com, then move the mail from spam to inbox, click on the activation link to activate the TeenEinstein account.
